The client was a leading IT Consulting services provider and partnered some of the leading retail services provider across the world. Their employees worked in retail clients’ offices across the globe. The client was looking for a custom-made HRMS suite with an inbuilt Project Management suite which will enable them to manage and optimize their resources working in various locations.
The client also wanted to rebrand their existing brand to suit the requirements of their future clientele. They wanted a fluid website which gave a vibrant and futuristic feel to engage their prospects, customers and employees.
The CTO of the organization sat with YellowFish to give a brief on the exact requirements. He wanted a suite to manage the attendance, workload, timesheet, payroll, training, appraisals, recruitment and the entire human resources activities along with a project management module. YellowFish understood the critical requirements and gave our suggestions to add a business intelligence module along with the day to day activities. The HRMS suite was built in collaboration with the client managers and went live initially in India. Later, it was implemented in all locations across the United States.
The rebranding of the website and digital collateral was also done and won kudos from the client and their clients and employees as well.
The recruitment platform in the HRMS suite automated most of the processes in the recruitment cycle and reduced the TAT for recruitment by 36%. The idle time of employees also reduced by 27% after the implementation of the HRMS suite.
